Those of you who are our valued customers, or who have received our informational releases, or participated in our bi-weekly teleconference calls, know the professionalism of Trusts Unlimited. And our Attorney and Staff have collectively some 75 years of experience, specializing in the areas of Estate Planning and Asset Protection. Some weeks ago, a wholly unprovoked attack was initiated upon us by one Nicholas A. “Nick” Parino, Jr., the principal of a company known as Client Werks, LLC. Evidently, Mr. Parino has been attempting to proselytize our customers by besmirching our reputation, and making false statements regarding the viability of our Wyoming Irrevocable Trust Package. Aside from the erroneous statements that Mr. Parino has repeatedly made regarding our services, this individual, whom we have never met or with whom we have had any business dealings, has now stooped to adolescent name calling and wholly unsubstantiated innuendo regarding our integrity.
READ OUR RESPONSE TO MR. PARINO’S FALSE ACCUSATIONS.
Not knowing Mr. Parino, we initially gave him the benefit of the doubt, and sought to simply correct his statements regarding Trusts Unlimited. Unfortunately, Mr. Parino proceeded to either ignore our corrections, and/or pursue another line of accusations and innuendo. So inasmuch as Mr. Parino will not relent in his groundless attacks, we feel it is time to ask a few questions regarding Client Werks, LLC and its principal, Nicholas A. “Nick” Parino, Jr.
WHO IS CLIENT WERKS, LLC AND NICHOLAS A. PARINO, Jr.?
Client Werks, LLC was formed by Mr. Nicholas A. “Nick” Parino, Jr. in June of 2012, and operates out of Mr. Parino’s home in Liberty, Missouri. According to his web site, Mr. Parino’s company provides Resident Agent Services for those individuals setting up Corporations or LLCs in the State of Wyoming. Mr. Parino’s web site also advertises a State Income Tax Savings Program by domiciling his customers Trusts in the State of
Wyoming. It would appear that Mr. Parino claims to be everything to everyone.

WHAT IS NICHOLAS A. PARINO Jr.’S FINANCIAL HISTORY?
On May 3, 2012, Mr. Parino and his wife filed bankruptcy in the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri. They were discharged on August 15, 2012. Client Werks, LLC was formed on June 5, 2012, according to the records in the Wyoming Secretary of State’s office.
It would seem that on the road to bankruptcy, Mr. Parino has spent the last ten years trying to sell heavy equipment and delivering fruit. During that same period of time the Attorney and Staff of Trusts Unlimited has created hundreds of Trusts, working almost exclusively in the areas of Estate Planning and Asset Protection. Perhaps we should take a much closer look at Mr. Parino’s professional credentials and expertise.
WHAT ARE MR. NICHOLAS PARINO’S CREDENTIALS?
Does Mr. Parino hold degrees in Political Science, Macro Economics or Finance? NO.
Is or was Mr. Parino ever a Financial Planner or Registered Investment Advisor with 35 years experience? NO.
Is or was Mr. Parino a licensed attorney, specializing in Trust Law, with 40 years experience? NO.
But these are precisely the credentials that the Attorney and Staff of Trusts Unlimited bring to our valued customers.
It is unfortunate that it became necessary to release this information about Mr. Parino. We take no pleasure in it. In fact, we have had this information and more for some time. But we have come to believe that Mr. Parino is in fact harming his customers, and that he refuses to relent in his attacks upon us. We therefore feel that this information must be available to those doing business with Mr. Parino, with our legitimate competitors and with us.
Perhaps if Mr. Parino had any professional credentials in the areas of Estate Planning and/or Asset Protection, or could manage to stay out of Bankruptcy Court, he could build his own customer base, rather than attempting to proselytize the customer base of other legitimate competitors.
